The Administration for Children and Families
ACF is a federal agency funding state, territory, local, and tribal organizations to provide family assistance (welfare), child support, child care, Head Start, child welfare, and other programs relating to children and families.

California Head Start Association
CHSA is the unified voice providing leadership and advocacy for the Head Start community in California. CHSA provides numerous conferences and trainings for Head Start parents and staff, as well as other early childhood professionals.

Children's Defense Fund
CDF provides a strong, effective voice for all the children of America who cannot vote, lobby, or speak for themselves. We pay particular attention to the needs of poor and minority children and those with disabilities.

Child Welfare League of America
CWLA is the nation's oldest and largest organization devoted entirely to the well-being of America's vulnerable children and their families.

The Children's Cabinet
The Children's Cabinet is our community's stand to ensure every child and family has the services and resources to meet fundamental development, care, and learning needs. The Children's Cabinet administers the Subsidy Assistance program which assists working families or parents in job training to pay for the cost of their child care. Assistance is also available to pay for child care for children at risk of child abuse or neglect.

Community Services Agency
Since its inception in 1965, CSA has initiated and developed numerous programs in human services, economic development, education, and affordable housing. Our market position in Northern Nevada places us as one of the largest human services agencies in Nevada. CSA administers the Head Start program serving the Truckee Meadows, Fernly and Carson City.

Inter Tribal Network of Nevada
The Inter-Tribal Council of Nevada, Inc. (ITCN) was incorporated as a non-profit organization under Nevada State Law on February 23, 1966. ITCN is a Tribal organization serving the member reservations and colonies in Nevada. The Governing Body of ITCN consists of an Executive Board, composed of Tribal Chairman from each of these Tribes. The main intent of ITCN is to serve as a large political body for the small Nevada Tribes. From that point in time, ITCN has played a major role in promoting Health, Educational, Social, Economic, and Job Opportunity Programs. ITCN now manages Federal and State funded programs aimed at improving the well-being of community members throughout the State of Nevada.
Inter Tribal Head Start
National Association for the Education of Young Children
(NAEYC) leads and consolidates the efforts of individuals and groups working to achieve healthy development and constructive education for all young children. Primary attention is devoted to assuring the provision of high-quality early childhood programs for young children.

National Center for Children in Poverty
NCCP identifies and promote strategies that reduce the number of young children living in poverty in the United States and that improve the life chances of the millions of children under age 6 who are growing up poor.

National Head Start Association
The National Head Start Association is a private not-for-profit membership organization dedicated exclusively to meeting the needs of Head Start children and their families. The Association provides support for the entire Head Start community by advocating for policies that strengthen services to Head Start children and their families; by providing extensive training and professional development to Head Start staff; and by developing and disseminating research, information, and resources that enrich Head Start program delivery.

Nevada Association for the Education of Young Children
The purpose of Nevada AEYC is to serve and act on behalf o fthe needs, rights and well being of all young children and their families, in Nevada, with special emphasis on developmental and educational services and resources for a diverse population; and to foster the growth and development of the membership they work with, and on behalf of young children.

Nevada Head Start State Collaboration Office
The HS SCO works to develop significant partnerships between State of Nevada governmental departments, community agencies, and Head Start direct program service grantees in order to aid them in meeting the Head Start Performance Standards, and thus, the needs of Head Start children.

Results is a nonprofit grassroots advocacy organization, committed to creating the will to end hunger and the worst aspects of poverty. RESULTS is committed to individuals exercising their personal and political power by lobbying elected officials for effective solutions and key policies that affect hunger and poverty.
